Join a loving community of Yogis as we all lay our mats together in this sacred space to practice indoors amidst the soaring Gothic columns, glistening stained glass windows, soothing live music by Kelly Finn and expert instruction by Allison Cardenas.

Practice at your own pace, whether you want to challenge yourself with advanced modifications or simply lay back and savasana the entire session. This is your time, and we have a space for you. Practice is appropriate for all levels with our expert instructors to live music—a truly unique Yoga in San Francisco experience!

Doors open at 8:30 am and close 15 minutes into class.
