The studio’s instant zen and lofty ceilings inspire deep breath and relaxation, and create an immersive container for the collection of chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, euphone, ocean drum, glass harp, traditional harp, and other vibration tools. The sound healers support this process by gently guiding the body’s channels (physical, mental, and energetic) to open.

Bolster, yoga mat, and blanket will be provided. Please dress in layers and bring anything you need to lay comfortably on the floor for an hour (ex: extra blankets, pillow, camping mat (more cushion than a yoga mat.)

That incredible force larger than ourselves, the Cosmos, brings us meteors which represent awareness of something beyond our present, human experience. The time to celebrate this magnificent sky-show is now- Perseid Meteor Showers only peak in late July-early August. Caused by the dust left in the wake of the Swift-Tuttle comet, the Perseids appear near the constellation, Perseus, which gives them their name. We feel like meteor showers are more like bright little bursts of inspiration. Come relax and be inspired! Let’s bundle up and enjoy the show under the stars; we’re in for a fleeting cosmic treat.

March’s Full Moon goes by the name Worm Moon. It was named by the indigenous who were connected to the land and sensed nature's cycles. Earthworms appear as the soil warms, this invites robins and other birds to feed—a true sign of spring! March's Full Moon occurs right before the spring equinox and we couldn’t think of a better way to come together and harness all that Full Moon Energy.
